| Shipping Information and Charges | |||
| Orders received by 12noon (Central Time) will be shipped that day. Other orders will be shipped the next day. All orders are shipped DHL or UPS Ground unless other arrangements are made. Transit time will depend on your distance from Dallas, Texas., however, 2-5 business days is normal. | |||
| Shipping Charges: | |||
| Most cartons are $8.00-$15.00 per carton except for our Fuzzy Dice, Power Paws, and Footballs which are $15.00-$20.00 per carton. A Handling Charge of $5.00 is added to each order. | |||
| Special Shipping Arrangements | |||
| If you would like to expedite your delivery time we can make those arrangements for an additional charge. You can call us and we can work out the shipping details or you can enter your requirements in the "Comments" section of the Check Out page and we'll call you with the details and your approval. No shipments will be made until we finalize with you these special shipping arrangements. | |||
| Tracking Information | |||
| When your order is shipped you will receive an email confirming the shipment and a DHL or UPS Tracking Number where you will be able to go to the shipper's website and follow the progress of your order. No surprises! | |||
| Returns | |||
| We offer you the option of returning items that do not meet your needs or you are not satisfied with. Our goal is for you to be satisfied and to have a successful experience. We provide you 30 days to determine if the quantity and the quality meet your needs. The charge for return shipping and restocking are in place so over-buying can be managed as it takes away from availability of product for others. Thank you for honoring these return policies so that we can continue to bring you great products at reasonable prices. | |||
| • We can only accept unopened cartons for return. | |||
| • You have up to 30 days from the Ship Date to initiate your return. Simply call one of our Customer Service Representatives. They will initiate a pickup by UPS and will email the label to you for you to print and affix to the carton(s). | |||
| • When we receive your return in good condition, we will refund or credit the purchase price of the cartons returned less the return shipping fees and a re-stocking fee of $20 per carton. An additional adjustment may be made for any quantity discounts that no longer apply based on the cartons that were kept. | |||
| • To qualify for a refund, ALL items must be returned in their original condition, including the original packaging and containers. We cannot accept returns if packaging is not in its original condition | |||
