How can I see all the products you have available for my mascot and school colors? Go to the Parade of Mascots page by either clicking on the alphabet range for your mascot on the left or, from the Home Page, click on the "Parade of Mascots" button underneath the Cardinal in the middle of the page.  From there click on your mascot and a larger version will appear in the middle on the "scoreboard".  Then select your primary and secondary colors from the drop down lists on the "scoreboard" and click GO.

What should I do if I don't see my mascot and/or colors?

If you don't see your mascot in the Parade of Mascots click on one of the "Don't see your mascot or colors?" links, complete the short form and submit or just give us a call.  We are always in the process of reviewing new mascots and yours may be "on the drawing board."  We can also make most of our products in any 2-color combination.  If you don't see your colors you would like just click on the "Don't see your mascot or colors?" link.

Is the embroidery on your products included in the price?

YES.  Our products include the embroidery you see on the products page.  However, you can customize any of our plush products.  Custom pricing varies depending on the product and what you would like to embroider so please call for specific pricing for your project.

After placing my order will I be notified when my order will be shipped?

YES.  You will be sent an email indicating we received your order.  If we cannot fill the entire order from our inventory, we will call you to make sure how you would like to proceed with the order.  After the order is shipped you will be sent an email indicating the ship date and the UPS tracking number so you can know exactly where your order is at all times.

Can I receive any applicable quantity discounts if I re-order shortly after my initial order?

YES.  If you place subsequent orders for the same product style within one month of your last order and we have the product in our inventory, we will treat that order as an extension of the prior order and will apply the appropriate quantity discounts.  If you place this subsequent order here on our website, the discount will not be reflected when you check out, however, we will make the adjustment on the invoice after shipping the product.
