Customer Service Information

If you are a first time shopper with us, take your time, enjoy the visit and know that you can change your mind as often as you like. You can change your mind at any point, look at as many mascots as you like and know that it is appropriate. You can find your Mascot on the menu to the left on the page, or find a “List of Colors” at the Product Index on the bottom of the page.

Looking through a web site is just like shopping at a retail store except there are no lines, no drive, a lot more privacy and often no sales tax. Instead of walking through departments you can browse by category.

 Categories, or your mascot, are shown on the menu to the left side of the page. When you see a mascot you are interested in, give it a click and an assortment of that mascot will appear.

 You can also type in any color, or a name of a mascot into the SEARCH area and it will be found for you. Think of SEARCH as a sales person who really knows the entire store by heart.

 A product page contains all the information you need to order an item. When you click on the image, you see a larger image. When you click on the “Buy” button it puts that item into your shopping cart. You can then continue shopping or you can check out.

 You can add or remove items in your cart by clicking on the "change" or "remove item" buttons. At anytime, you can continue shopping or move to shipping and billing at "continue checkout.” You can also change your mind and remove items from your cart, change the quantity of a particular item, add items, or cancel your entire order.

You can view what is in your cart from anywhere on the site by clicking "View Cart/Checkout" at the top of each page.

When you're done shopping, click "go to checkout" and just enter your shipping and billing information, then your contact information, and that's all there is to it.

After ordering online from K-12 Mascots.com, we will send you a confirming email to insure the accuracy of your order.

When you subscribe to our email updates, we only collect your name, email address, and mascot so that we can send you information about new products and services. We also may email you regarding new and informative links, associations and articles of interest. Our emails are infrequent and you can unsubscribe at any time by sending your unsubscribe request to unsubscribe@k-12mascots.com along with your customer name, customer number and email address.

When you visit our site, our web server automatically recognizes only your domain name, but not your email address. We collect the domain name and monitor general site use and traffic patterns to improve our web site and the products and services we offer. The information we collect is used for internal review and is then shredded and discarded. We may use collected data to customize the content and/or layout of our pages for each individual visitor.

Forms of Payment

K-12 Mascots.com. accepts MasterCard and Visa credit cards. Paypal is our merchants account and you may use your credit card without being a member of Paypal. Debit cards issued by MasterCard or Visa are also accepted. We cannot accept checks, money orders, or CODs online, but if you are a Public School, we do accept purchase orders, and you have thirty days after shipmet to send us a check.  If you are an individual person and  wish to pay by check or money order you must mail us your check or money order. Check guarantee service requires the following on your check. Please include your driver's license, or Identification number, expiration date and phone number written on the check. There is a charge of $25.00 per returned check.

Credit Card Charges

K-12mascots.com uses PayPal as our Credit Card Merchant and all authorization on your credit card will be processed by them. You may use PayPal without being a member. If there is a problem securing this authorization, you will be notified and asked to make corrections. Once PayPal receives verification of sufficient funds, your order will be processed.
Amount of Credit Card Charges

When you place your order online you will be presented with the price of the merchandise as well as any shipping, or sales tax charges that are applicable. You will be charged sales tax if your order is being delivered in Texas. Immediately upon the completion of your online order you will be emailed a confirmation.

In order to receive a receipt it is very important that your email address is typed correctly.

Your order acknowledgement will include an itemized list of all charges.

What to expect when you place an online order:

 Online orders receive an email confirmation with a complete order synopsis

Orders ship within 24 hours (unless stated within the item description) upon shipment you will receive a tracking number and instructions how to easily go online and see the progress your shipment has made

We strive to be accommodating so let us know how we can help. For online orders please use the comments sections during checkout. Monday through Friday we will often contact you on the same day. For weekend orders we return all inquiries on the first business day.

If you have special handling requirements or a drop dead must have date please be sure and tell us in the comments section. Feel free to call or email our customer service department prior to placing your order.

If you choose to have your package shipped priority please follow up on the tracking number supplied by the shipping company to insure it is scheduled to arrive in time.
