 How Can you use a"Small"Mascot
to make money
or as a Powerful Spirit Booster?

As a fundraiser, you'll use "Small Mascots" as a Fundraising Product But you can use"Small Mascots" to Boost School Spirit or as a Graduation Mascot to reward the graduate, or as a Homecoming Keepsake to boost excitement, or as a School Alumni Gift to support your students, or as a Back To School Gift to open school each year, or as a Class Reunion Keepsake to revive old memories, or as a Special School Award to celebrate achievements, or as a Move-Up Trophy to celebrate promotion from one class to another. You are limited only by your imagination!

"Small" School Mascots are a miniturezation of your large mascot. They don't just walk around on the sports field anymore, they are less than 10 inches tall, made from soft plush fabric. Check them out on the menu to the left! That's our store!

cheering for footballLast year High School stadiums exploded with school spirit because "SmallMascots" were used as a giveaway, or a keepsake at the Homecoming game.

Last year thousands of schools rocked at their graduation because the students received a "Small Mascot" as aSchool Graduation gift at their graduation.

Last year thousands of classmates renewed their school memories and carried a "Small Mascot" home from a class reunion they will never forget.

Of course, there were the students that held their Grade Mascot high to show friends. The High School students displayed their Class Mascot with pride and excitement. And the first grader carried the School Mascot home from their first day in school.

You know what it's like. Remember your School Mascot? Well they are back as "Small Mascots" in a small plush bundle of joy, or a trophy hand painted in the image of the School Mascot.

You can use Small Mascots for every special event connected with the school. They are dynamic, and personalized like you want it. Just like the Dough Boy represents Pillsbury, or Mickey Mouse represents Disney, they represent the school, .

But How Was This "New Idea"Born?

Ask yourself a question. "Where can you find one product that creates enthusiasm, school spirit and excitement, and at the same time raise the funds you need for that special project?

My WifeThat was the question my wife and I were asking ourselves when we were given the responsibility to manage the school fundraiser.

We had sponsored fundraisers before, but this time we wanted the students to get excited, too. We wanted to Boost the School Spirit and make it something big. We wanted to raise the funds everyone expected.

We had used cookie dough until everyone had their refrigerators full to the brim. We had used wrapping paper until it was stacked high in the closets, and we knew candy bars could be purchased at any grocery store. You name it and we've tried it.

This time we wanted something new, something so dynamic that it would set the students on fire with enthusiasm, turn the school upside down with excitement, and help us earn the money we needed for our project.

We found the answer in the place we least expected. One day walking through a toyCardinal Mascot store we saw a small plush cardinal. It was a plush toy, about 5 inches tall. We got excited because the Cardinal is our School Mascot and this one looked real good! We looked at each other and our brains began to turn over like a buzz saw. Almost simultaneously a light went on in our heads, and a new idea was born.

How would our students react to a "Small Mascot?" Would it spark a surge of School Spirit, or would it fall flat?

We carried the small plush Cardinal around as we walked through the store. We passed if back and forth between us. We talked about it, and thought a lot about what we could do with it.

It was amazing that such a small plush bird could get us so excited. We had never thought about it before, but now our school spirit was feeling like an oil gusher about to burst through the surface. Our hearts were beating like a drum. This little plush bird was our school mascot and we knew the students would love it!

When school started we had a table just down the hall from those who were selling school supplies. When the students saw the small plush Cardinal Mascots, they went into a frenzy. The mommas were interested in buying school supplies; the students were interested in buying a "Small Mascot."

We learned a lot that day. We sold more than half the mascots we had, and before school had been open two weeks we sold all our Mascots and needed more. We put on our marketing hats and did a little research.

A Billion Dollar Jackpot Was Found

Mickey MouseThe year before we made this discovery, Tony the Tiger, Mickey Mouse, and the Energizer Bunny, made BILLIONS of dollars for each of the companies they represent.

It made us wonder if we could do the same thing in our school! Would these SmallMascots boost School Spirit? Would they build enthusiasm among the students? Would they help us raise the money we needed?

For decades mascots have served asstrong persuasive voices for large corporations, all across America. Would they do the same thing for our School?

We thought we would give it a try. That's the reason Small Mascots are available today."Small" Mascots are not only for fundraising, but for every school activity. That's the reason they give their persuasive voice to K-12 Schools, and it does makes a difference.

You and I grew up with Mascots that blew us away with their magic. They helped us make memories for our school years, and we'll never forget. Now the Mascot is back -- and not just for big companies, -- but there is a "Small Mascot" for every K-12 School.

Fourteen years ago, right after we discovered how exciting School Mascots were to the students, we started K-12 Mascots, a SmallMascot Website. That was in 1997.

Last year thousands of schools used Small Mascots to build school spirit, create pride, fire-up enthusiasm, and make thousands of dollars to spend! You can do the same thing this year!

There is absolutely no product that will make a better award, or be a more exciting gift, or create more enthusiasm, or be a keepsake for a special event, as much as a "Small Mascot."

Thanks for your interest in "Small Mascots," and I wish you a strong school spirit! These "Small" School Mascots can build a fire for you.

I hope you find something on our website that makes your life easier, and makes you the money you expect from a School Fundraiser!

Good Luck! You'll find more new ideas at "Ideas that work?"
